Incredibly **** Shaun

By far the worst service I've ever encountered. I ordered an iPhone 8 off their site on 18/8/19. It was on special at a good price, but this doesn't mean much as they to date have not honoured the sale. I was told that the delivery vehicle had broken down and that my order was mistakenly cancelled, but I was assured that they would deliver after receiving stock on the weekend of 24/8/19 (they even mentioned offering a discount voucher... see mail below). But it's now the 29/8/19 and not only have they failed to deliver the phone but they no longer respond to my emails and if you call their support line (+27 (010) 109-1123) you just get cut off after their recorded message.

Definitely DO NOT order anything from these guys!

(We needed this phone for my son who is type 1 diabetic and uses the phone as a continuous glucose monitor. We've had to revert back to finger ***** testing... it makes me so mad, because by now I could have sourced one from somewhere else.)

I can confirm that yes with the payment on delivery option, you can pay using your credit card upon delivery & yes the item is brand new - not refurbished.

Our order log here indicates that your order was canceled on Monday afternoon after the tracker on the delivery vehicle seized to function & the delivery car was called back to warehouse to park.

For insurance & security purposes, delivery vehicles must be able to account for their movements throughout the day. If it should happen that one disappears, the driver is immediately called back to return to warehouse, declare stock & Park until another delivery can be scheduled.

It appears here that a consultant canceled the orders that were out for delivery that day including yours. This was not supposed to be the protocol to follow & it was done in error. My sincerest apologies.

We are awaiting stock on the iPhone 8 units & I am told it should arrive over the weekend. Please accept my apology. I will make up for this with a discount voucher if I can get one approved by my manager Brett. I will stay in touch via phone & email over this development.
