Good day, I am writing this review very livid inside to formally lodge a complaint regarding a significant issue I have encountered with my Redmi 14C phone purchased in October 2014 from Incredible Connection at Southgate Mall. Details of the Issue: Purchase Date: October 2014 Initial Problem: The phone switched off while charging in February 2026 and would not turn back on. Repair Process: I returned the phone to the store with the original purchase slip, and it was under warranty. After a month, I was informed that a new motherboard was installed, and the phone had a new IMEI number, along with a 3-month repair warranty. Upon receiving the phone back, I noticed a crack on the back cover. Although I initially overlooked this, the device began restarting frequently. The next day, it displayed "Device *******" and would not boot into the operating system. I returned the phone for a second repair. I received a call stating that Xiaomi refused to repair my phone unless I paid R2600 to replace the back cover, which I disputed due to the lack of evidence regarding the crack's origin. They do not have before-and-after pictures of the phone at the time of repair, and I feel I am being forced to pay for a mistake created by them. The store manager also informed me that I should pay a R500 rejection fee, which is inaccurate as I have not refused any repairs. Current Status: I have been waiting for two months for my phone to be returned. The store manager has not communicated with me for the past two weeks regarding a resolution. I have logged a complaint against the store, reference number 9000494824. The IMEI number for the replacement motherboard is 868850070671903. As a consumer, I feel disrespected by the service I have received, and I cannot justify paying R2600 for a back cover on a phone that was originally purchased for R3000. Xiaomi has indicated that the issue is a software one, requiring another motherboard replacement. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this matter urgently, as I have had to purchase another device in the meantime. Thank you for your attention to this issue. I tried to order an 85 inch TV, but at checkout I was told it's not available for delivery or pickup. I find it unacceptable that these items are offered at a certain price but when you want to make payment you're told that you can't get it. I live in a major city and my address is in my profile so surely it should tell me on the product page if it's not available in my area? Why get a customer excited for absolutely no reason?? If a store doesn't have stock of a item they get it from another store - this should be no different at all. I've been looking at this TV for a long time and now that it's available at a a great price I'm told my money isn't good enough because of "limited stock" or some nonsense. If Incredible comes up on the search results again I won't be clicking it.

I bought a phone from their Southgate shop and they promised to Rica the simcard the next day, it's been more than a week now the simcard hasn't been registered I have called so many time it's stories every day. We were assisted by Hloni and Mmamello who only care about bringing business I'm seething with anger as I type this Pathetic service there's nothing incredible

Took my iphone se2022 for trade in and got a quote and after an hour was told can't be processed...they think their system has a new version now...not taking this model...but their head office says they do take that model...so it was back and forth with their lies....I even bought a tablet from them on that day...so never again at greenstone 👎

I have not received my order for more than 2- 5 days as promised, and I am not getting a straight answer about the location of the order. It is really frustrating. The follow-up process is bad, and the refund is also frustrating. you are told to wait for 14 working days. I will not recommend anyone to buy online at Incredible Connection.

Unfortunately, upon collecting my order, I was informed my order was not ready despite getting an email saying it was ready for collection. I brought this to the attention of the staff at the time, but the issue has not yet been resolved. As I did not receive the charger I paid for, I would like to request a refund for this item. I visited your store on Saturday to request quotes for the following: - 1x MacBook in the price range R12,000–R17,000 - 2x laptops in the price range R3,000 (please provide separate quotes for each item) The colored lady working on the floor refused to assist me, stating there were only three staff members available and that it takes long to generate a quote. She said they could help on Sunday and asked me to leave my email, name, surname, and product details. It's Monday now, and I've received no response. This makes me wonder if it was just a way to get rid of me. Can you advise on how best i can get assisted seeing that going to the physical store does'nt help?
