The brothers are running the business to the ground they have no idea what respect for their clients is and also are not honest with their feedback they make it seem as if they are professional but in all honesty you spend alot of time worrying about your car when it's with them instead of being relieved that you will get a solution they keep people's cars waiting for a very long time with repairs not being complete on time, insurance companies should start reconsidering their business with this panellbeater because since the father passed away nothing is going right... They pile up cars in their storage in order to except business when they don't have capacity to complete the volume they take....

Avoid at all costs. Could not even fix my son's vehicle in 7 months and R 250 000 later. They refused to release the non-running car. SAPS had to intervene. Most horrible owners. STAY AWAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE.

Avoid at all costs. Vehicle with them since July 2025. Being threatened with "legal advice" and "defamation" when complaining.

I contacted Indibano Auto body repair services for a replacement of a window, as well as a quote on damages to a vehicle. I asked for the vehicle quote for repairs last year November and we are now in May, and I still haven’t received it. Upon calling for the window, they call and give me a cost for the window, they booked my car in, I left it there the day, and they had it the whole day, when I get back to my car, the window is still not fixed, they tell me their suppliers have them the wrong amount, however when I called the same provider they said to me they did not give Indibano the incorrect amount of window, they gave Indibano everything correct. When I addressed these concerned both Kieran and Lorenzo became arrogant, and had such a terrible attitude, this is so unprofessional and terrible customer service.

We had a small Santam Insurance repair to be done on the right hand driver door. We also requested for minor dings and bumps, caused by vehicles parking next to us to also be removed at our cost. The work was to have taken 2 week, but ended up been 5 weeks. Then on collection of the vehicle, mid March, the Chrome beading below the windows on both sides of the car were damaged, as well as damage to the body work by the tool which is used to remove the chrome beading. They promised to do the repairs and replacement of beading, but a week into July they still have not done this. Communication has been one sided. and I really am frustrated to thinks our Santam insurance sent us to them for the original repair work.

Absolutely horrible. We made a booking before they closed and cemented it for 3 January 2023, arrived there in the morning to an employee saying they are closed and are chasing all of the customers away saying they must come back on the 8th
