Indigo-orange bad experience

We commissioned Stephan Mare nearly 9 months ago to set up a project for us for the sale of a prime property in Parys, Free State. To date nothing has been done although he was paid R 42000-00 to start the project. All excuses and lies from him. Not paying back the money after requested to do so. Very bad experience.
