Use another service provider
Worst contractors I had on my new build. Father and son combination of lying thieves! Friendly at first. Horrible attitude, poor workmaship, poor communication. If you buying your floors from a supplier like Global, find another installer and save yourself the headache. Ran away with our money! If you're tempted to use them because of price....reconsider your decision. You will pay a premium later when they run away with your cash.

Poor workmanship on laminate flooring
I would like to share what poor workmanship was done at my place for the laminate floors. The floors started lifting up a week after it was done. I had to wait 3 months before he could come out to my place and see the floors. Eventually when he did come he said that the floors where water damaged and it was not his people who installed the floors. He refused to fix his mess and asked that we must put a claim to the insurance which I think is totally unfair. So please I would not suggest anyone do busniss with this man. His usually post ads on facebook and how good he got is. I suggest people go to a company that knows what they are doing instead of that guy.
