Infinite Designs fraudulant 5 star post this company is sketchy and i am still waiting for refund

I am still awaiting Storm Haussmann's response from Infinite Designs , I have contacted her on all Platforms and still not had a response , after my very concerning 1 star rating yesterday for the way she does business , all of a sudden their is a 5 star review . in my opinion she has created an account or has got a friend to rate her business . very suspect .
