I live at Ashanti Apartments in Ferreirasdorp. Ever since moving in there has been an issue with hot water. The past two months have been worse we have had no hot running water. The amount of excuses we have heard from the building managers and security is all hogwash and infinite doesn't seem to be doing anything about it. My lease is coming to an end and in all honesty this is the reason why would not renew because you pay rent and don't receive a basic human need which is hot water. Having to boil water everyday is spilling over into my electricity and this is just not sustainable. Not to mention that it is freezing outside you'd think they would fix the issue more especially now. This place honestly doesn't care about the up keep of this building. I could mention many other things but the cold water is my biggest frustration!

I live in a complex run by this lot and they have no control over the complex they will send out letters warning resident’s,you can complain about things constantly happening and ask for feedback and they just blow you off.My opinion about this company is they are useless at doing their jobs.

I have owned an investment property in JHB that is managed by Infinite for approximately 12/13 years and fortunately it is not very often i need to deal with them directly but when i do it is one of the most unpleasant experiences. If you do take the time to call their office they screen the calls diligently one can only assume to avoid people they may not want to engage with and the staff are generally abrupt and give you the impression that you are wasting their time what do you want. Not all the staff i would think but unfortunately the majority i have had to deal with. My most recent experience i transferred this investment property in to another companies name and paid a deposit being the seller as is required immediately upon request in full and without questioning their amount calculated. When transfer took place mid month they decided that the full deposit with an extra months levies can be credited to the new owner of the property. When asked to please refund the deposit prorated for the mid month transfer they simply imp**** i paid a deposit up till September (3 months) and they not refunding the deposit for September as it is a "guarantee" it will be a credit for the new owner. This simply defies logic, do new owners in sectional title properties get free month / months levies and utilities when they purchase? I am still trying to get this deposit sorted out with them but am baffled by their thinking. Basically they are very unpleasant to deal with which is weird in a service orientated business, i do intend to stay far clear of any investment property that they manage.

As an Owner and to having my past experience as a Chairman I was given the opportunity to assist the Body Corporate with various tasks and communicating with the Managing Agents (Infinite Property Management). They acknowledge all email communication; commit to handle it and to follow up etc. but they fail. Years; months on end these are shelved as they as well the Body Corporate members don't chase and follow up. Over the last weeks, I have sent email requests, the feedback is lacking. I sent email request to return my calls, 4 days gone...received an email feedback as they, Portfolio Manager had to attend a family crisis. Where's the professionalism here, i respect that one has to prioritize over a family crisis but no communication or hand over in their absence or the ability to handle. This clearly is a failure in Service Delivery. If I ever do consider getting onboard I will definitely consider giving this Managing Agent a boot and consider another. They have failed us on an ongoing basis.

Infinite Property Management have been appointed by our Trustees for the past two and a half years. I have found them to be highly professional in everything they do and would happily recommend their services to all Body Corporates. Owen Shaw - Chairperson Foaty Gardens Body Corporate

Dealing with this property management has been a challenging experience, particularly due to their approach during school holidays. Despite sending out notifications during these periods, they impose fines if specific actions aren't taken. This approach feels inconsiderate and quite unreasonable.

If I could rate them -1 I would. The service of this managing agent is just disgusting. They just collect fees but do nothing for the residents of the complex. They leave emails unanswered and decided to ignore my calls during a crisis where I was left without electricity for over two days. Would not recommend them at all !!!

They handed over my levies account which is in arrears, but they charge legal fees every month +-1500 I have requested a detailed allocation of these fees they are charging me to no avail, as I have spoken to the lawyers and the law Ayers have given me what they have charge, where this agent is getting the 1500 every month is beyond, also how is anyone ever expected to payoff a debt if there is an additional 1500 being charged to the account every month
