Terrible service from, have purchased a combo and finished paying off 3 items I have only received 1 as the juicer was out of stock, someone called said by COB I would have received tracking link and nothing was received, today they have **** saying I received the juicer when I did not, individuals that were behind in paying have gotten their products. Extremely mediocre

"I'm extremely disappointed with Infinitec Cook Ware's service. Since 11/02/2026, I've been given different stories and false promises about my order delivery. Despite providing the correct address, the courier has been sent to the wrong location. I've called the call centre multiple times, and they've failed to return my calls or provide a resolution. This is unacceptable. I demand a resolution and a proper update on my order status."

If there was a lower rating than one star, I'd put it. I bought a kettle and paid for it in full but it's two months now and I'm being debited!! I've contacted the consultant but I don't know what's so difficult about giving me my refund. I want my money back. Ombudsman is my next step from here. I'm tired of busy chasing the consultant. 8 should be informed about whatever investigation is going on. It's definitely NOT on me to keep checking. This matter must be solved ASAP.

A Cook4Life/Infinitec agent came to my work and sold us their products. I bought pots and paid the instalments in months until I finished. The pots got delivered and 1 month after using them, the handles started falling off. It’s just over six months now and the pots that costed me so much money look like I bought them 7 seven years. Don’t buy anything from Infinitec y’all.

A Cook4Life/Infinitec agent came to my work and sold us their products. I bought pots and paid the instalments in months until I finished. The pots got delivered and 1 month after using them, the handles started falling off. It’s just over six months now and the pots that costed me so much money look like I bought them 7 seven years. Don’t buy anything from Infinitec y’all.

I would like to report an issue with Freshware, a company selling pots. Here's what happened: 1. Pricing Discrepancy: Freshware sells pots for R6000, yet the same pots are available at Makro for only R2400. 2. Non-Delivery of Items: They promise to deliver within a specified time after you’ve paid a portion of the amount, but the delivery never happens. 3. Poor Customer Service: Their contact center provides substandard service with rude and unhelpful consultants. 4. Unfair Cancellation Terms: When I decided to cancel the contract, I was informed that: A fee would be charged even though I had never used the items. The refund would take a shocking 60 working days to process, which is unreasonable and unfair. This kind of business practice is unacceptable. I believe Freshware is exploiting consumers and violating the principles of the Consumer Protection Act. I urge others to be cautious when dealing with this company.

I then decided to cancel 4 months after paying because I felt they were taking too long and requested that we cancel the purchase and I get refund. I have been waiting since.
