Disappointed

I called Infiniti Pools (https://www.infinitipools.co.za/) last year end of November as I needed minor repairs done. My call was taken by Ruaan who was friendly and helpful and came out to my property to see what needed to be done. I was told that he could help and would send me a quote. It’s been over a month and I did not receive anything. I didn't expect a quick response as knew it was heading in to December. I sent a follow up message but received no reply. I'm highly disappointed. I would have just needed some confirmation if there was no way to help me out.
