Be very aware and extremely careful for Jan (Jannie) Hendrik Kruger from Infinitum Solutions / Asset Management / Amanzi Pty Ltd. Jannie Kruger has absolutely no client s****s. Its only Jannie's way - he bullies and swear at clients if he don’t get what he wants. Jannie Kruger is the most unmannerly, rudest, self-centered and bombastic person we have ever met. Jannie will badmouth anyone that crosses his ways.

(Infinitum Pretoria East )Electricity deposit not refunded for more than 6 months.
I stay in Pretoria east and I paid a electricity deposit to a lady called Thandi and she keeps promising me that within 24 hours I will receive my money, its been more than 6 months now, she even blocked me. That company is the worst.

Gregory Bouwer of Infinitum holdings
I vacated the unit 41 Friesland on the 31 October 2016. It is now 2018 March and still yet to receive the deposit. I learn with disappointment that Gregory Bouwer is skelem. I had to to get my lawyers involve in this matter. I am writing this just to warn the others who will not have the opportunity to have lawyers on their side. They don't even answer the calls and if you go to their offices he is not there

Gregory Bouwer of Infinitum holdings

Levies Refund Not provided for over a year now
levies paid to Infinitum as the was managing company at that time, month payed ahead.Change in the managing company happens.When the change took place within the managing companies, it was said that infinitum will transfer those monies to the company that was taking over. These levies were never transferred and infinitum is failing to refund my money so i have to pay again to the new company and that Thandi lady does not know anything about customer service, Terrible Customer Service Gregory ignoring my emails and Thandi not providing contact details to the accounts people and saying that she is not responsible, and dropping calls when you call to enquire.

Levies Refund Not provided for over a year now

<p>I have been renting with infinitum agency for the last 3 years. And no maintence has ever been done since i moved in. They had promised to do that on the first day i moved in. I have been battle to get assistance from Thandi for all these years. I have a thread on emails and calls about the unit i am renting from. None of the response, if there ever was any, was satisfactory.</p> <p> </p> <p>The only option at the moment is to go to Consumer Ombudsmans. </p> <p> </p> <p>It is really dishearting to have such struggles about the most basic services.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would advise anyone interested in renting with Infinitum to check more than just the paper work. Inspect the building thoroughly and insist to speak to the previous tenent(if possible).</p>

Worst service EVER!!!!!! Thandi & Bouwer
<p>I've been trying to get an owner's statement out of them for 3 YEARS!!!! Thandi, worst services I've ever received with a no-care attitude. Bouwer, the "MD" refuses to help with the statement even though only he has the authorization to provide the statement. These people are a joke.</p>

Stay away
<p>Owner of unit. Tenants phoning me complaining that they are paying but no maintenance when broken taps and not working ovens and much more like switching off Tshwane electricity like they please. I have contract with Infinitum to maintain the units. Now I want to remove my units and give to company who will honor agreement, but they put the phone down and will not return deposit money to tenants. They keep on giving the run around and not willing to open the gate to see them or take my calls. Lawyer letters are ignored and no responses from people working there.</p> <p>Don’t believe there is a Mr. Gregory Bouwer working there, but Nunthandi. Stay away from them</p>
