Avoid Infinity Frameless Glass at ALL costs - or it will cost YOU!

If you're looking for an effectively done frameless window system for your balcony, I would steer clear of Infinity Frameless Glass. Since installation, nothing has worked with the setup and we have received the worst customer service ever i.e. none. We have actually hired a lawyer to help us, as the window frames fall out their hinges as the entire system is not leveled, and the window blows open on a windy day.

They took our money and installed a faulty system and have failed to resolve the issues. We are now needing to remove the system in its entirety because it is hazardous! This is the worst customer service I have ever received in my many years in South Africa. To make matters worse, they are expensive, dishonest and do not care. They asked their friends and family to up their Google Rating but I recognize the surnames as employees and family. It is just shocking and this business will no doubt be bankrupt soon as they are installing faulty items all over the Western Cape.
