Worst agency
Michelle is one of the worst agents you’ll encounter. She’s only after her commission and that’s it. Doesn’t care about the landlord or renter. I had to get the keys for a unit from the previous renter, the place was dirty and trashed and I had to get in my own cleaners. She doesn’t even bother with inspections because she doesn’t care about protecting the owners property. I also had to chase my deposit refund for over a month after moving out. Save yourself the stress, find another agent.

Bad Real Estate Agent
Michelle has terrible people skills, requests deposits for houses / rentals from multiple renters, then rents the properties to someone else and runs away with your money. This is theft. Almost 6 months trying to get back a deposit paid

Infinity Home and Rentals ****
I needed a place to rent and found Infinity home and rentals under Michelle clarke in Brackendowns Alberton. I was meant to take occupation on the 15th of August 2024, unfortunately to date i haven't moved in. I paid the deposit, rental, admin fee and something she termed "utility bill." All this amounted to R16400. Michelle is no longer taking my calls. I go to her home she doesn't open up for me, she looks through the window and when she sees that it's my car she pretends as though there's no one at home. I need for Michelle to return all the funds that i deposited to her. Anyone who can assist, i'll be forever grateful. Regards;

Numerous attempts by property owners to communicate with her have been met with evasion and lack of response."

INFINITY HOMES and Rentals
Please be careful when dealing with MICHELLE CLARKE of INFINITY HOMES AND RENTALS. I tasked her to source tenants for my property, which she did and went on to persuade me to rent out my cottage as well since this was a big family. I was not happy with rental fees but since my bond was in arrears I took the compromised offer anyway. Tenants moved in early with a promise to pay deposit and all fees by 1st of April 2024. I agreed. Came the 1st of April, NO payment whatsoever. I then asked tenants who confirmed Michelle had directed them to make all payments into her business account instead, they even supp**** all proof of emails and deposits. To this day Michelle is not taking my calls nor returned my money. Pls know her for who she is, a pathogical ****, a ***** who is out to tarnish the good image of principled Estate Agents...Be warned !!!
