Useless service, and turn around time
My car hit from the back by one of your client, we was in bumper to bumper traffick, and bumped into my car, it's been more then 3 months and infinity insurance have not yet fixed my car, every time I call they say it's with there legal department, with zero help, all I hear is that I have to wait for them to email, when I ask when will this happen, no one knows, I'm not sure how does this company even have any clients, with such a slow turn around time, can any claim take more than 3months to settle, I hope this message reaches the correct person, so my car can get fixed,
