**** ARTISTS
Terrible in every way. Called them for a blocked drain, they arrived two hours later than they said they would. Borrowed tools from us. Invoiced R5500 for a blocked drain and then got very rude when I queried this amount. Insisted on instant payment. 12 hours later the drain is blocked again, but they have blocked me on whatsapp. Not very professional. **** ARTISTS

Terrible in every way. Called them for a blocked drain, they arrived two hours later than they said they would. Borrowed tools from us. Invoiced R5500 for a blocked drain and then got very rude when I queried this amount. Stay away from this business - you will lose your money and time
Conrad Engelbrecht never completed the job and stole money paid for the hardware. He kept lying and lying, then blocked our numbers and disappeared. Stay away from this man - you will lose your money and time. There are plenty of other plumbers that can actually do a good job and not just brag about it while wasting your money

Stay away from this man - you will lose your money and time. There are plenty of other plumbers that can actually do a good job and not just brag about it while wasting your money

Infinity Plumbing Services have not finished the job and stole hardware fully paid for
Conrad Engelbrecht from Infinity Plumbing Services was subcontracted by George Young from GN Security Auto Tech to perform plumbing services in a house renovation project. When GN Security Auto Tech was unable to deliver quality and meet the promised deadline they decided to run away with our money without finishing the job. Conrad promised to complete his plumbing part. “I give you my word” were his words. He also promised to bring the remaining hardware (that was paid for and was supposed to be installed). Not only did he lie but also embezzled that hardware. He stopped responding to my calls and messages and later blocked my number. Conrad seemed very hardworking and honest. It is shocking and utterly disappointing that he decided to trade his reputation for two shower heads and a basin that he stole from us. It is worth mentioning that whatever job Conrad was involved in needs redoing. Water stands in the shower because the floor has no slope as the shower waste was placed too high. Basin water connection points are all skewed and to fix them the walls will need to be chopped again. He talks proudly about the quality of his job, and whatever went wrong is other people’s fault (the builders team in this case). Conrad also tried to cheat us and wanted to supply plastic hardware instead of metal chrome one several times cheaper than what we paid for. The fact that he embezzled our paid for hardware is probably not his fault either. We are currently taking action against Infinity Plumbing Services and Conrad Engelbrecht individually. The company and Conrad Engelbrecht have been reported to the respective authorities and industry registration boards. This review will be on all possible platforms as well as work and community chats to prevent anyone else from falling victim to Infinity Plumbing Services and Conrad Engelbrecht’s ***** and embezzlement.
