I don't know what's going on, I can't log in, in Cipc because my company Customer Code is registered by someone from Infodocs, so when I try to reset my password, it sends OTP to Infodocs member contact number and email that I know nothing about...I am so frustrated and lost...Infodocs messed with me, haven't subscribed as yet, wanted to, but at this point I am not so sure shame....

Good idea but falls short when it is easier to do the same thing directly via CIPC. Beneficial Ownership Returns functionality is not fit for purpose as it doesn't allow reporting beneficial owners that aren't shareholders..sort of defeats the point of the service. Lack of telephone support is a problem. Currently unable to function as a company director due to glitches in their system which means my director appointment is lost in the ether. Noone picks up the phone to address issues...simply logging jira cases is not helpful to customers

Good idea but falls short when it is easier to do the same thing directly via CIPC. Customer service from Infodocs is shocking. With this level of service they really cannot expect customers to sign up and pay to use their product/service. Thankfully I cancelled by subscription and my card expired so I no longer have to pay them. They are yet to establish credibility and ignoring customer inquiries is not the way to do that. I have had to follow up on inquiries multiple times due to not receiving any response from Infodocs. The last one was submitted on 13/03/2024 and I followed up on 26/03/2024. Till date, nobody has responded to it. Thanks Infodocs, but I'd rather take my business elsewhere since you clearly don't need/want it.

InfoDocs app**** to the CIPC for the Beneficial Ownership of our company . After several (frustrating!) months, InfoDocs succeeded with the application and we have received the Certificate. Well done InfoDocs!

I deleted the companies I registered with Infodocs months ago, and still, my account is debited with the subscription. Last month I tried to register one company but it kept on giving an error. On my account, it shows "no companies". Why do they still debit my account? I had to cancel my card and order a new one. This is causing unnecessary expenses.

I'm afraid, I have found the service of InfoDocs absolutely frustrating. I made contact in OCTOBER 2023 to register my company with CIPC for Beneficial Ownership. I have sent the required documents to InfoDocs FIVE TIMES. Admittedly, the first time, it may have been incorrect. But, on subsequent occasion, I have done exactly what InfoDocs requested. Now, it seems my application has been cancelled! To add to my frustration, InfoDocs doesn't provide any contact Nos so you can only email some anonyomus pesona. I was going to use InfoDocs for my company's Annual Returns. Thank goodness, I didn't! I have now requested a refund ... we'll see whether I have more luck with that request!!

Absolutely shocking customer service - no reply to emails, callback request, queries submitted through the website. My query has been going on for a month with no resolution & every time I get the odd reply (from someone different every time!) they don't know what the issue is & I get the standard 'we'll get back to you' response which of course means radio silence. My next step is to try cancel my subscription that's if I can get hold of someone as they very 'conveniently' don't have a telephone number!!
