I received a call from infusion financial service stating that since I have been over charged they can decrease my instalment to the amount of R8000.00 and I agreed and signed the documents and the following day,the phoned me stating that they can decrease it to the amount of R7000.00 and I went to the bank to cancel the 1st one for R8000.00 and and requested them to cancel the process hence my husband is denying me to continue with them and I have been approved for the amount of R195000.00 at Directaxis and when trying to settle my credit card ,I was told that it has been placed under dept review and I stopped them to continue, And Directaxis promised to pay my Revolving loan,credit card,game account, Rsc account. Truworths and identity but when I check with them ,they did not manage to pay hence account is under dept review.please assist in order to be cancelled as I have to repay Directaxis back

Hello Peter I desperately need your help as I’ve tried my utmost best to be lenient towards a matter that required rapid assistance with this company . I took out a policy with this company through work (Concentrix) one of the members I have covered unfortunately passed away last month (the member is my brother my mothers first born ) an unnatural death ,I addressed it they requested documentation I then sent out everything they requested,but it now seems they’re looking for every way possible to avoid paying out this is after I have told them I’ve already buried my brother things took a turn , went on to explain how ridiculously I am in debt because of the funeral expenses as I had no other policy besides it , until today’s date they keep telling me o need to provide them with a pathology report advised that the detective handling this case told me that they called and she explained what a possible lengthy process could take so they should process the claim .. please help me it’s now the end of the month I’m due to pay up all the monies I’ve borrowed during that time but I’m stuck because of them .

No Contract Numbers. Is this Company still Operating? There is a Debit Order from my late mother's account but there is no way to verify what this is for as there is no valid contact numbers to be found? Can this be part of the R99 debit order ****s?

I do not know this company and have never heard of it. They suddenly send me messages to pay arrears I don't know what arrears I need to nor aware of any credit I took. Called the contact centre and when asked for my ID I refused, they hung now I'm seeing the reviews and wondering how they obtain people's information. This needs a further action and must involve FSCA

I got a call from an agent from this company, they some how got my details and they debited money without my permission, I feel like I was ****med I want my money back, am still waiting for my cancelation letter from these people
