I would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT PRINT HERE. Horrible service. I have also had multiple people come and complain about the service and that they take hours to do something and then do it wrong. I came to print my poster for academic day here and they charged me R415 to print on the wrong paper. Not once did they confirm which paper I needed or made me come look if it was correct. They rolled it up after printing and gave it to me. When I got home I saw it was wrong and then they didn’t want to give my money back or reprint it correctly. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PRINTING SHOP. Will never come back.

A huge thumbs up to Lesleigh and Ink Station in Parklands, Cape Town. I ordered a printer, and through no fault of their own, the courier messed up the delivery (catastrophically). Lesleigh was in constant contact with me and sent me a replacement printer whilst the original one continued its tour of South Africa. Thank you for your wonderful service.

Went there today on the 2nd of September 2024. We wanted to print 1000 flyers and business cards for one of our businesses. Unfortunately we where met at the counter by a young Pseudosavant playing Pokémon on his phone and his way of talking to customers, is with pure condescending ignorance... We own several design businesses and to provide the correct formats required by ink station would be no problem, but unfortunately the ******** confidence displayed by the Pokémon playing cashier, made us drive over to 3@1 at Bayside where we paid a bit more, but received professional service with respect.

Installed one of Ink Station's toner cartridges and after a few weeks printer simply wouldn't print. There were a lot of threads on Reddit that Brother was bricking printers via firmware updates so thought the worst. I sent off a complaint to Brother, who were actually quite helpful. They asked for photos of the cartridge etc and suggested I try to reinstall. This didn't work of course but luckily I had a spare Ink Station cartridge which did work properly. The problem was a faulty toner reset gear on the first cartridge. I asked Ink Station how to fix the faulty gear lever on their cartridge but they said no idea and suggested google. I'll be googling a different third party supplier.

Ordered a cartridge bundle from "Ink Star" online and paid for 4 (four) "compatible" cartridges for my Canon printer and when they eventually arrived (no printed invoice supp****), one of the cartridges was well past its expiry date and the others were not far off either. I needed to print immediately and had to install these cartridges. Ref: 7378; Order: INV27580 Another shipment arrived with the same order a day later but with a printed invoice this time and instead of keeping the extra set, I thought that I'd let them know via their WhatsApp number. The contact person on the invoice that came with this set was Felicia. The person that responded on WhatsApp was Lesleigh. She/they were all too happy to arrange the collection of the extra set. However, the expired cartridge has started leaking causing my printer to malfunction and when I contacted them via WhatsApp yesterday, enquiring about the warranty, and again today, the messages were read (double blue ticks) and ignored; however, I am yet to receive a response. My query related to the warranty on their "compatible" cartridges" and there is radio silence, probably hoping that I will just give up in trying to contact them. It also seems quite suspicious to have 3 websites for the same business; inkstation.co.za; printstation.co.za and inkstar.co.za. I ordered online from Ink Star and order was received from Ink Station. Account on Ink Star profile has the invoice but there is no account on Ink Station to view said invoice. This is not how you treat customers who have a valid query.

I purchased HP printer cartridges on the Ink Station website recently. As soon as I made the payment they informed me that the product was out of stock and that they would make a refund to me. It has now been more than a week and I have not received any correspondence from them again. I will never purchase any product from them again and I want to warn other people to do the same.

Ink Station Parklands.’ I bought a printer Canon TS704a and I was told it does all the basic functions of the printer which is printing, copy and scanning and that was great then I further enquirer more on printing of stickers and which they beautiful explained and I came back on the following day to buy the printer. At home I tested the printer and it worked well in printing but when I check the scanning function it was not working, I read the manual and searched YouTube with not luck for instructions then I called the store and I was told to write everything down and I did. Their reply was “I told you that the printer does not scan before you bought it” I was shocked and I went in person I told her no you said it does the basic functioning I.e scan, copy, print. She denied everything and I told her, I know what I came to buy in the store which was the printer that scans and that print stickers and there’s no way that I would miss to ask that question. Because that’s what I need for my small business. After that it became a huge argument, I was told that the owner will not give me my money, and the only thing they can do is to give me a down grade of the printer which was very expensive when you compared to other retail stores. I told them I do not want that I just want my money. Because they did not take me serious, how can you give me a down grade of what I paid for? And tell me thats the best you can do for me and boast by paying me the remainder. My choice was taken away, you selling me a down grade which is expensive in your shop and very cheap in other stores and you still look in my face and tell me you doing me a favour? Really. They undermined me, I was not allowed to speak with the owner of the store but he kept giving answers on the issue secretly, imagine and every time when I go there I will be told his not there or I just missed him. When I asked to speak with him over the phone I was told that his a busy man that runs real businesses and I asked them so my business is not a business to them because I am not well established. After that they ignore me in front of their costumers and told me their boss is not giving me my money so I should leave the store with that printer. I left the printer in their store and my money is with them. Later she called me asking for my bank details and even now I am still waiting for the refund and I have not received anything from them not even the proof of payment which she told me that she will send and that does not take 5 days to send. The people there are very nice when you come to the store and buy something from them. But the moment you have an issue with their products they treat you like a disease. I hated my self for setting my foot in their shop.
