WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I took my printer in for repairs, i was told by Shaheema Seaborne - Sales Manager there is no charge for checking the printer, we will quote if any repairs are needed. I made approx. 18 calls to follow up, one excuse upon another, then we don't have a driver, to collect the printer, i requested to collect the printer, Kareema said no problem, then next the technician has Covid like Friday past. On Mon 25th Aug i called in to say that the printer will be collected. Monday afternoon the printer is ready for collection. The Covid patient has recovered in three days. Kareema lies will catch up with her, Thr covid recovery recipe should be shared with the WHO. SAPS had to be called in to ensure i received my printer. Dean Adams i guess is the owner has serious attitude . you can take the printer and go. NO SERVICE EXCELLENCE. I refused to pay and raised my voice, now i am in the wrong. They do repairs without a quote. People please stay away. No Business skills at all. the ship will sink if you carry on with ...Lies and dishonesty. Good bye . Business skills means = B.Com Bus / MBA
