Selling counterfeit goods
I would rate INSANE KICKS 0/5 as they're selling counterfeit goods. The problems is that they're charging full price and lifting images off the sneaker brand's website so you're deceived into thinking you're paying for authentic sneakers and when they arrive they're obviously ****. Plastic, falling apart and no branding on the box. I was so disappointed and reached out to request a refund and at first they advised that I do not qualify for a refund. I then pointed out that the goods were counterfeit and this is ***** and that I would like my money back and they then just ignored me. They are doing a lot of advertising on social media and it concerns me how many people they will deceive. It is *****.

**** Sneakers & Zero Accountability
I ordered sneakers from insanekicks.co.za and received an Adidas pair that is clearly counterfeit — poor materials, incorrect logos, and nothing like the originals. When I tried to contact them via WhatsApp and email, I was completely ignored. No response, no refund, no accountability. Their ads are all over social media, which makes this even more dangerous for others. Avoid this site at all costs and report them when you can.

Avoid INSANE KICKS at All Costs – Blatant deception.
I placed an order online at INSANE KICKS on 2nd March for a pair of sneakers, which their website promised would be delivered within 3-5 working days. Fast forward two weeks later, and I have received nothing but copy-paste responses via Instagram DMs (because they do not reply to emails). They heavily advertise the product as available, yet every time I ask for an update, they tell me they are "waiting for stock from the warehouse." Meanwhile, they continue pushing the same shoes on their website and social media as if they are in stock. Blatant deception. They tried to pacify me with vague responses about "checking with their warehouse." They even had the audacity to offer me free socks instead of my paid-for product. A legitimate business is transparent—INSANE KICKS is not. If they had disclosed stock issues before purchase, I could have made an informed decision. Instead, they took my money and left me chasing them for answers. If I do not receive my shoes, I will escalate this with legal action under consumer protection laws. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS BUSINESS.
