Inscape Durban truly feels like a home away from home. From the moment you walk in, you are warmly welcomed by the staff, who are always professional, caring, and incredibly supportive. Their attitude reflects strong leadership, and I can only assume that the owner is a generous and giving person, because the culture of kindness is felt throughout the campus. Every visit to the Durban campus is a pleasant experience ,you are greeted with warm smiles, offered something to drink, and even popcorn, which makes you feel valued and comfortable. My daughter is currently in her second year, and she is absolutely thriving. She is an introvert, but Inscape has created an environment where she feels safe, confident, and able to make friends. Her academic results clearly confirm that she is exactly where she belongs. As a family, we truly love Inscape Durban. Thank you for creating such a nurturing, inspiring, and empowering space for our children to grow and succeed. — Nonsikelelo Ndinisa

I am currently studying at Inscape Stellenbosch Campus. I would not recommend attending at this institution. Inscape basically does everything online, on InConnect. InConnect includes our marks, the courseware and is the place where we upload our assignments. Majority of the lecturers do not teach the students. They read off of the courseware that is accessible by anyone who attends/works at Inscape. We have to teach ourselves. Some of the lecturers have clear biases towards certain groups of people and neglect the rest. Payment for an art supply bag is included in the school fees, however, majority of us have not gotten all the items we have paid for. I paid in full at the beginning of the year, my entire class has complained and asked for their supplies, yet they still do not give it to us and we are about to start the last term of the year. Some students did not receive their drawing tablets until the middle of the year, when the first class everyone does at the beginning of the term requires a drawing tablet. They say they listen to the student reviews of the classes and lecturers, however nothing has changed even after multiple reviews. InConnect often *******s the files you upload for your projects, which means the lecturer is unable to mark our work. If that happens, we have to pay to resubmit because the student didn't ensure that the file is not *******ed. If you miss a submission because you are having a medical emergency? You also have to pay to submit the project, no matter if it was a life or death situation. You can not download your marks, which has caused severe issues with my student loan since they ask for the final results of June, however all the marks are combined, making it impossible to screenshot only the results needed. You do not get what you pay for. You only get issues.

Good day Inscape I am currently enrolled for the Advanced Diploma in User Experience Design, remote learning hub. I chose inscape because of how tech savvy and innovative I find the instituition to be. They are a refreshing and modern instituition, as well as recognized academically, on par with the best universities in the country. However my latest experience has left me questioning my high opinion of them, as an instituition. With the ever evolving tech world, I thought it be fitting to go the online study route, especially relevant for the field of User Experience. After much consideration I decided to place my future and considerable funds in the capable Inscape's hands. I have been a diligent student, one has to be when juggling a full time 9 to 5 job and studying at the same time. However I find it increasingly challenging, please keep in mind that I only started my studies in July 2025 and in September 2025 already have grievances. Due to the lack of organisation and communication on Inscape's behalf. I have 3 clear examples; the first is a late scheduled teams meeting class, the administrator apologized, which I accepted, as this was one of the very first classes, the class was scheduled to start at 5:30, yet the lecturer only logged on at 6:15. The second instance occurred much more recently where the lecturer/ librarian didn't attend the scheduled online teams meeting at all. The administrator stated that she had made a mistake and had not invited him/ sent him an invite. I do understand that we are all people, and we as humans all make errors, from time to time. However I do feel it is a great disrespect to my time and meticulously planned evening schedule. Once is a mistake, twice is a habit. The third instance of tardiness, on behalf of Inscape is the fact that I have completed 3 assignments already, and haven't received a single mark or feeback back. The Inconnect platform is very comprehensive, stating when assignments are due, as well as an indication of when marks will be published, however I have soon come to realize that the mark to be published is obsolete as the first mark/feedback was due to be released on the 17th of August, it is now the 3rd of September, I have brought my grievances to the relevant channels, I had been told that she will follow up with the relevant lecturers, to which I have heard no follow-up, nor a mark as of yet. The mark wouldn't be such an issue if I were not studying distance/online, but because I am working at my own pace, it is vital for me to see and navigate my standard early on, to see if I am coping, on standard or doing really well. However we are almost done with the first term and I have no idea whether I am acing my new studies.... or failing miserably. Please Inscape, improve your communication, release marks in a suitable time and work on your online class scheduling. I am starting to question if I had made a grave financial mistake by paying my institutional fees in full upfront.

Such a fabulous experience, walking into the Stellenbosch Campus, being greeted by not one, but numerous friendly staff members, as well as the Director. We met one of the lecturers, Adam, who was kind, gentle, super helpful and just an absolute joy to speak to. If we had any doubts whether my daughter was in the right place, these were quickly dispelled by his genuine interest and passion for the work he does at Inscape. He truly validated our decision and we left reassured that we were exactly where we belonged..

I have had an amazing onboarding Journey this year, especially from Cristle Bunguza who went above and beyond to jump on a call to walk me through the questions I had regarding my Finances that are due, calculating and estimating when I can pay the remaining fees and also introducing me to my new campus point of contact in Pretoria as I am switching from the Midrand Campus

Inscape is a good institution with excellent facilities. However, it is very sad that after my son completed the first year and failed 1 module, he has to repeat everything including all the modules he passed. This does not make sense to me after spending R200 000.

InScape Stellenbosch was extremely quick to take a non-refundable deposit and provide a letter of provisional acceptance to my daughter. They demanded us to pay a deposit asap to avoid losing a spot in the BA Marketing Communication program. Unfortunately, my daughter did not fully meet all the requirement, and we had to withdraw. We informed the team on 6 January 2025 and it took 6 written mails and 2 phone calls from my end to get to a point that they share the refund request form. Once completed and sent back, it took another week for them to let me know they require a Bank Confirmation. After I shared bank confirmation, a week later, they asked me to reshare her NSC for audit purposes (which was shared on the 6th of January 2025 already). Needless to say, I was promised a final refund by their accounts department the 24th of January 2025, which once again was brushed off with an excuse of "they only make refunds once a month and I can expect the refund on the 3rd of February 2025". I asked for the case to be escalated to their CFO and I was completely ignored and have not had any subsequent correspondence. It might be rated a decent Institution, but an Educational Institution is only as good as their back office. I'm glad I missed a ticking time bomb as I've not experienced this lack of customer ethics in the past couple of years. Shame on you InScape Stellenbosch!!
