This will be the second review, Exactly a year ago today I paid up my bears Inspire account and sent proof of payment and paid up letter to lewis stores to update the credit bureau. On Experian it is showing in arrears and this matter is not being resolved. I have sent many emails and made many calls for a whole year but still no resolution. They send me an email saying transunion was updated but Experian hasnt been updated. A WHOLE YEAR.

I have an inspire account..n I have been complaining about the same thing since 2019..I've been sending them my proof of payment but until today my case is not solved They have been sending me messages that I owe them more than R5000,of which I payed..so I dont know what to do anymore

Hello Peter..I had an account with inspire n I have been paying my account via eft but even today they still say that I'm owing them more than R5000,they said I must send proof of payment n I've been doing that since 2019...I dont know what to do anymore..please help

Someone opened an account using my details and inspire only contacted after 6months.my problem is who opened that account and where did they deliver whatever that was purchased. I send them all the necessary documents to check the fraud that was done but they have not come back to me it's been 4 months now.everytime I send them an email they say they will contact me but nothing

Worst service. Giving away a gift that later required me to pay. I've been contacting them to collect and all I get is not even a reply from them. I will never order anything from them.

I WAS CALLED OVER A MONTH AGO FOR MY APPLICATION I WAS TOLD I SENT MY DOCUMENTS AND WAS TOLD I WAS APPROVED EVER SINCE THEN NO ONE HAS EVER COME BACK TO ME THEY SAID THEY STILL VERIFYING MY DOCUMENTS EVERY TIME I SEND A WHATSAPP THEY SAY THEY WILL LET ME KNOW ASAP EVEN WORSE THE NUMBER THEY GIVE DOESNT EVEN WORK. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED ITS HEADING FOR 2 MONTHS NOW

Great service from consultant Lonwabo, however you can never login if you want to do online shopping, very frustating since their IT's cant fix IT problems, brought under their attention, but still I cant login, a week later.

Someone committed fraud with my details and I was called by a consultant who asked me to send documents to clear my name and now they are sending me an sms that my account is in arrears which I don’t understand.
