Disappointed in the service
Not at all impressed with the service.... Waiting 7 days for a device that should've been delivered between 24-48 hours.... Paid the money into the account the 5/12/22 on the 13/12/22 still no cell phone.... Poor, poor service

My team did confirm that it took them a while to get hold of you with the contact information provided by your insurer, as we cannot deliver without confirming delivery arrangements with our client, for obvious reasons. We did eventually get confirmation via email after hours on Monday the 12th and the handset was despatched yesterday for delivery today. Again, we do understand your frustration, but please also understand that we have certain protocols we also follow prior to delivery. I sincerely hope this explains the delay. Monique
