**** Alert / Worst Visa Service

My worst visa experience. Please run away from Insta Global Travel as fast as you can. I wish I could give them a minus 100 stars. Please be aware of this visa agent. These are big time ****mers. They do not provide any visa. When you contact them, they give you a list of visa documents to provide and even tell you don't have to pay for the travel insurance before applying for a visa. All this to ensure their prices look competitive. As soon as you pay for the visa fees, they will immediately tell you to pay the insurance fees before they can proceed. When you eventually pay and submit documents to them, they will inform you your visa application has been submitted to the government. After a day and every other day, they will send you the same email and text you on WhatsApp that your documents are incomplete, and you need to send them urgently. You will resend the so called missing documents yet every day this cycle will repeat for another 2 weeks or more until you are felt up. They will keep requesting the same documents you provide them with every single day and will even tell you if you don't send your application will be rejected. They gave me a site they wanted me to upload documents on. This I upload every single day as well as send the documents to them via email and WhatsApp contact. The next day some new name will email you the same missing documents in your file. I app**** for a Dubai visa via these idiots for more than 14 days now and every single day I am being asked to provide the same documents. I am tired of doing this. I asked them to refund me so I can apply for the visa via another service to no avail.
