Despite their promise of processing my application within 48-72 hours, it's now been over eight days without any updates. They charged me an exorbitant fee for travel insurance—10 times the standard rate—even though I already had valid insurance. This additional cost was not disclosed upfront. After three days, their communication ceased; they stopped responding to messages and provided no information on my visa status.
