Brilliant boots and service
I have just had the most astonishing service from Juanita who extremely kindly helped me to exchange a pair of boots that were gifted to me , for a larger size. She absolutely went out of her way to help me from 500km away. I am so grateful for the fantastic service. I cannot recommend them highly enough and the quality is simply superb. Thank you again Juanita for your fantastic helpful service

Brilliant boots and service

We ordered a pair of shoes online and paid, but to date have still not received the shoes or a refund. They keep making excuses and blaming everyone else for the lack of delivery. Becareful ITS A ****

Don’t buy from InStep SA
This company sells sneakers and says delivery is 1-3, days. Its been 5 weeks that I have not received my shoes. They are not helpful when complaining. They refused to refund me and they took R100 delivery fee but it cost me R200 in petrol to go and pick up this shoe. They also sent me the wrong shoes and the shoes they sent are cheaper then the shoes I paid for and ordered.

Don’t buy from InStep SA
This company sells sneakers and says delivery is 1-3, days. Its been 5 weeks that I have not received my shoes. They are not helpful when complaining. They refused to refund me and they took R100 delivery fee but it cost me R200 in petrol to go and pick up this shoe. They also sent me the wrong shoes and the shoes they sent are cheaper then the shoes I paid for and ordered.

Cant tell me where my shoes are and when it will be delivered. And tell me that I am unreasonable for wanting my shoes after they promised a - day 1-3 day delivery
