ICB operates like ****mer that looks for any loophole for you to rebook exams for them to generate income, no contact number and that's a red flag. They have literally disqualified me for my camera technical issue, after all my tests and assignments I did in between work and family. They want me to rebook for the 3rd time. This is by far the worst place I have ever dealt with regarding exams. I have studied with universities and they are very reasonable as long as you produce prove.

The ICB have good people who work there the system for online and distance learning is not efficient fair or even transparent concerning the actual examination sitting and results. I was given a no sitting for my first attempt due to an upload error that couldn't be rectified. You cannot contact them at all directly telephonically. I re-registered for my second examination sitting and was disqualified for reasons NOT provided. No exam results given no communication given for the results. I had to ask what was going on? I've never written an online exam before and didn't even receive a courtesy mail or results? It's R850 a time how can you not prove that the exam was even marked? What are we paying for. I Regrettably have to confess it does feel like ****. You will most likely have to write more than once. I have already obtained a Degree in Financial Accounts in 2004 and am 40 years old. I had a 92% average on my portfolio but cant pass this examination because its a broken system. ICB sort your service out. It is not ok to take the finances of these young and economically vulnerable students in the claim that your honoring the service of an integral profession. The experience is frustrating in my opinion go to to a college or study through SAICA instead.

I have been struggling non-stop for over two months to receive my Fasset Certificate from ICB. I had to pay R150.00 for them to Paxi it to me, after numerous follow ups and bogus feedback from them (providing me with a tracking number that doesn't exist and promising that I will receive an SMS within the week of the feedback) nothing has come from it. Absolute ridiculous service!!

I have had the most ********** experience in my study journey with this instution. In my year of studying for the Certificate in junior Bookkeeping, I could not access my first online exam, even though I had passed the technical system checks, I only gained entry into the exam 2 hrs later and wrote a 3,5hr paper in only 1,5hr. I was disqualified from writing 2nd exam because the technical system check was not done on the Assignment due date. I paid and wrote the following month. Exam 3 went without a glitch. I decided to write a paper exam for my 4th subject for peace of mind and then we were told the courier company was hijacked a week later and we had to write the exam again. Needless to say I passed with over 80% on the last 3 exams. I last wrote in Dec 2022. January 2023 results were released. It's almost end of September 2023 and I have been requesting my Certificate with no success. They keep sending me from pillar to post and closing my queries stating that the issue has been resolved. You can only communicate with these people via email. I have wasted an entire year of hard work and late nights studying and a lumpsum of my hard earned money with ICB. I find myself in a position of having to remove the qualification from my resume as I have no supporting documents and this issue is hindering my opportunities for job applications.

I am very happy with ICB support service, they are quick to respond to your enquiries. I wrote my first exam December last year and everything was in order, submitted my POE in time and it was 100% complete before the due date. I wrote again my second exam on the 4th April, I had technical problems, I could not enter the exam room and they were available to assist me. I completed my exam in time. Overall I am very happy with their service,
