Their client bumped into us/ a stationary vehicle at a traffic light, early in January and there is not update on whether a claim was lodged on their end till date. Their service has been the worst both for the client and myself. Duplicate requests for documents, no updates on claim processes and the agent assigned, Zayon does not respond to emails. Poor customer service. I wouldn’t recommend. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Got a nice message today that my car insurance is cancelled. Debit order went of but insurefin for the 4 time this year is blaming the bank. I have offered to eft the money and cannot, I have sent bank statements to proof I have money in my account. I called in to the receptionist at insurefin and was promised a call back, when I called back they refused to answer my calls. I found out I have been sitting with out insurance for 15 days. I hope finsure knows if I'm in a accident before I get a new insurance that I am going to sue them. This error accounts every 3 months. Debit order goes off correctly then one month nothing. Absolutely pathetic

I expected that things will only be staring after the 9th or so. MY CLAIM WAS APPROVED WITHIN EIGHT WORKING DAYS DURING THE FESTIVE HOLIDAYS!!! I am very happy with the service and quick response from Insure.Fin Administration House and Jacobus (claims department). Keep up the good work. ☺
