Terrible service from the coordinator

Terrible service from Intercity Movers. They collected my car in Joburg for a move to Durban, promising early morning delivery on Monday. I got radio silence and rudeness instead. Michael's condescending attitude and lack of apology when I call to inquire about my car was the cherry on top. Would not recommend.
