I have been communicating with this company for a year of not more and never not even once was I told I will be invoiced to get my clearance certificate. I've only been told this today when I send them my last paid up letter... This screams **** cause why
Extremely bad service from all the staff I have dealt with. I am now told to pay to get my clearance certificate

No Care for Customers
Interface DC does not value their Customers or care about their Customers. I am under Debt Review and they failed to take care of my account and apply payments as required. After this discovery, they didn't even care to assist me to resolve the issue.

No Care for Customers
Interface DC does not value their Customers or care about their Customers. I am under Debt Review and they failed to take care of my account and apply payments as required. After this discovery, they didn't even care to assist me to resolve the issue.

Awful Debt Counsellor, lacks attention to detail and awful client service.
So these guys missed one account and wasnt included in The debt counselling process, and that account ended up being handed over and that will have a lifetime impact on me. They refused to acknowledge error or do anything about it. the workers in question are Bathabile and Collin

Debt review is a definite No.....No... Esp with these guys.
So I decided to go for a debt assessment and I was advised that I was over indebted and should go under Debt review, let me warn you these people do not care a bit about getting you financially stable. within 4 months of paying them the agreed amount only about 10 percent of that amount was allocated to my debt and the rest was "legal fees" I tell you I paid them more than 20 Thousand in 4 months and all my accounts were in terrible shape. The one thing that really ****ed me off was they planed to pay one of my accounts that owed 10 Thousand for 6 years. You cannot imagine my frustration, when I started this process none of my accounts were in arrears, now all of them are. Watch out for companies with no online reviews, they are the worst.
