Ordered a Deluxe Mixed flower bunch to be delivered to my mom. Paid for the Deluxe and she received what seemed to be a small. Did send an email first because it was sent out so late and then because of the size no reply from them. Will never use them again. Paid R800.00 for about 6 flowers. Not at all as advertised

Dean from Interflora African Areas immediately responded to my email and sorted it out with very professional and friendly service. Thank you so much! I was pleasantly surprised by your fair, professional and excellent service.

What was advertised VS what you getting
I bought my wife a bouquet and a balloon from Interflora for Valentines day. She got the delivery around 5pm yesterday first of all and then the bouquet that she received didn't even resemble the one I chose for her. And it wasn't cheap, so I would expect something decent and delivered at a reasonable time as the delivery person called her to say that she had to wait as they have a delivery for her. Really poor service for the money I spent

Worst ever stay away they don’t deliver and has a bad attitude when speaking to you on the phone if you want to waste your time and money use them they are useless and out for money worst service ever WILL NOT RECOMMEND
