As an NPO we are very aware of our costs and the service we recieve. After many requests and complaints we eventually gave up on the company and got a better service provider who gave us a better solution at a better price.
We have had absolutely poor service from Integro, The promised to install fibre and we were left with ADSL connection. Their technitians kept on telling the staff that we had Fibre and after meny problems and rebooting the router they sent a new technitian who confirmed that it was an ADSL connection and we could not get fibre in that area of the Gardens. (Prooved wrong when a new provider gave us Fibre withing 2 days)
Their billing was always incorrect and we were overcharged on our call rates, they overloaded all the chanrges on 1 printer so that we had nearly R125000 contract on a 3 in one HP Lazer.
I would not suggest using this company.
