Breach of quotation date

Cecile Lu**** refuse to finalise the interior after i did paid R1000.00 already this lady never have an bad attitude toward customers from october 2017 she promise it is finalise when i paid more than half of quote she told me its not done she dont anwer her cell phone she kept sending emails or sms without face to face. If any do business with her i will regret it
