Paid up letter

I've been receiving calls regarding with TFG account which I was supposed to pay and I did pay the full amount and I asked them to close it Now it's been a week waiting for the paid up letter. When I call them they says they have sent on my email I've been checking my emails SINCE I called them again this week they tell me the same thing that they have sent on my email
