The people that work there are soooo slow and very good in stalling insurance processes. And not doing anything until you contact them again... I have been trying to get the insurance claim paid out since 10th of March. Had to pay the plumber due to the urgent matter of a burst pipe which caused damage to the neighbours down below. And still after many emails and phone calls I haven't been paid out. Even though the money has been paid into their bank account since 1st of June.

Their customer service and communication s****s are appalling, to say the least!! Going to try and make a long story short. They contacted me about an internet service that they were offering and sounded good so we went ahead with the registration. I've already paid and more than 2 weeks have now passed and I still don't have an internet connection and I have NO idea when the installation will happen. The first couple of times the receptionist tells me that the people I'm looking for is not in the office and tells me they will contact me as soon as their in. NO RESPONSE whatsoever. Finally got through to the lady I was looking for and she couldn't tell me a damn thing and keeps telling me she will contact me as soon as she has heard from the guys doing the installation. Once again NO RESPONSE! They have NEVER contacted me back and this after 2 weeks. One simple 2 min phone call is not that difficult even if there is no news, just keep me updated. I work from home and it's pretty difficult doing work with no internet and these people just don't give a ****. Try and avoid doing any business with them and seeing the other bad ratings I'm not surprised.

We have suffered emotional torture under the hands of the so called Intersect Property Managers.</p> <p> </p> <p>Victims to their perpertual abuse and deprivation of basic human right of entertainment.</p> <p> </p> <p>For almost a year since December 2017, we have been requesting that they repair a communal DSTV connection, so that we also enjoy television, like they do in their homes.</p> <p> </p> <p>This has fallen into deaf ears, until other tenants have given up. Each time we phone the so called office, we would be told the property manager Peter is not present but is fully aware of the challenge and would address it within a month. Months went by being told the same statment.</p> <p> </p> <p>Speak of the receptionist Adele Fisher, very rude and arrogant, does not even have a heart to assist, would throw words back forgetting we are clients crying for better service. The same lady and 3 others working as property administrators, told this perpertual lie, until today, we have no DSTV connection.</p> <p> </p> <p>It has been said it will be fixed within a month since december last year. Here we are approaching another December.</p> <p> </p> <p>Surely to a sensible person, this is severe abuse of our right to entertainment and yet they pocket money every month but fail to service the place convincingly. Late alone telling lies day in day out.</p> <p> </p> <p>My last call to Peter the so called propperty manager was earlier this august where i was told a person would be sent immediately to look into the proplem, now it s almost over 2 weeks still waiting for the so called person who is yet to come to address the matter.</p> <p> </p> <p>We are victims of poor management and selfish motives by Intersect. They have DSTV in their homes, their children are enjoying all programs, to us its almost a year with no connection.</p> <p> </p> <p>What an abuse!!!!!</p> <p>Can someone who has a heart phone them on Tel: (021) ********** <br /> Fax: (086) ********** and question them.</p> <p> </p> <p>We are being cheated day in day out.</p>

Every resident living in Albion Rd Rondebosch does their best to maintain the front of the property bordering Albion Rd. EXCEPT Rawson Properties. Clearly they have sold all the flats and have moved on. A warning to all potential buyers. PLEASE take a little time to clear the rubble and maintain the garden beds planted by yourselves! <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Rawson Properties to Intersect Property Management by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>

Every resident living in Albion Rd Rondebosch does their best to maintain the front of the property bordering Albion Rd. EXCEPT Rawson Properties. Clearly they have sold all the flats and have moved on. A warning to all potential buyers.
