We have taken out a contract on 18 January 2019 and the contract ends on 25 January 2021 During this time my sim cards was blocked by them 4 times and then we have to go their office in Sammy Marks centre in the center of Pretoria city (time, petrol and parking) When you phone them and they don't want to talk to you they just drop the phone While we sitting there and wait for the sim card to be swapped with a new one we saw them doing that also to other customers.They just stop your number and give it to another client, with your existing data and air time then we had the trouble of going to their office to get a new card The contract ends on 25 January 2021 but the no was already on the 21 January assigned to another client after a lot of calls made to them (on my expense) we are still struggling to sort the problem out - no refund for the data and airtime that was loaded on the phone. We asked them to ask one of their CEO's Mr Malan to phone us but till now we have not received any calls from him The people that we talked to was Lungile the head of the call centre, Nuami and Rachel, they all operate from the call centre on this number 0875500286 There is also other colleagues of mine with the same problems
