Poor service

The Manager at Intshona Fuels was being downright rude to there customers. As it is a busy day for them they need to manage the flow of cars. I asked to speak to the manager and he clearly did not have time for me cause reading the news paper was more important. I feel as a manager you need to manage your branch. I then called the owner and he said it was cause of fuel price but it was never about the fuel price for me. Its about providing a service and managing your respective area. Will not be sending my trucks their in the future
