I recently dedicated significant time and effort to becoming a ProAdvisor for QuickBooks Online (QBO). However, I received the following notification: "After careful review, we have determined that Intuit is not going to approve publishing your profile on our site. All of the documentation you submitted with your application has been deleted." I am very disappointed by this decision, especially considering the potential clients I have lined up who could greatly benefit from QuickBooks. As a result, I find myself unable to recommend Intuit's services in the future.

I am very disappointed by this decision, especially considering the potential clients I have lined up who could greatly benefit from QuickBooks. As a result, I find myself unable to recommend Intuit's services in the future.

When I Tried to cancel the subscription, they have had me jumping through loops. This has been going on for 4 moths now and finally I've had to cancel my banking card to stop them deducting money. When paying for a service with one's credit card be extremely careful with who you do business with. Intuit Quick Books is extremely devious and underhanded.

I joined the Intuit accountant program a number of years ago. Since joining I was recruited to work in a Big4 firm abroad, so never used it. I recently tried closing my Intuit account it is near impossible. - No clear instructions on the Intuit site (or if it was there I did not see it) - Delay in actioning what requests I made (removal of data in this case) - False emails: an email with the header "There’s something for you to do in your Intuit Account before we can delete your data" and a request to log in, however when I log in there are no actions for me, and it appears to be an underhanded way to extend the account I am beyond frustrated. Not only is the account still active, I now get marketing emails for events. (There is no email address to be found so I used the first one I saw)

this company is a ****. I am being billed every month for a service I cancelled last year. They also make it impossible to apply for a refund. I have emailed all their different departments but have had no response. Stay away from them.

I cancelled my subscription months ago and I keep getting billed for the subscription. Not even talking to one of their reps seems to get them off of debiting my account. Now, I want to go in and cancel again on the platform and it's not even letting me. When I open Billing & subscription in the Account and Settings tab, I only get an error that reads "Unable to process your request at this time". I am being held hostage.

The customer support offered by Intuit is diabolical. They have effectively forced everyone to go online but the migration has problems and there is very little support. There is no one to speak to on the phone, the chat line and email support simply spews out the same copy and paste answers (no one actually reads the problem properly) despite us having tried them and they don't work - and emails take a day to and chat not much better. Trying to get to liaise with a migration expert takes days.... a few and waiting. They don't have enough staff to deal with the problems - we have a reference number but still waiting days later. It's the end of the month, Vat is due and statements and pathetic support. We have a few companies that have migrated but if this is the way Intuit supports customers its perhaps time to go elsewhere. We are not the only unhappy customers. There are very many complaints.
