Galanis checked in after my first withdrawal to make sure the process was smooth and asked for feedback on my onboarding experience. small gesture but it showed genuine interest in the client relationship.

Stable Platform
platform is stable and execution is generally clean. chart feed froze for nearly two minutes during a high impact news event last month. missed my entry completely. one incident but it stays in my mind.

Smooth and fast
account verification was smooth and fast. support during onboarding was excellent. four stars because after six months as a client i feel like just a number. a bit more proactive communication from my account manager would go a long way.
