Hi this is Yandiswa i had a loan with Capfin the it was handed over to invertex they have been collecting while i completed the balance. I have requested outstanding balance via email till now i have not received any thing. i called them no answer.

Only myself and my family knows how much i regretted investing with this fraud company. DON'T DO IT!!!, i was able to escape with the help of dorcasterplconline . com they got my returns after a lot of effort. I couldn't believe I could get my money back, I really appreciate all they did on my behalf. Stay far far away from this company.

Invertex and DMC collecting for same debt - is this legal, please help
2 DIFFERENT DEBT COLLECTORS COLLECTING MONEY FOR THE SAME DEBT Kindly asisst as i am being harassed by debt collectors invertex and DMC i.e 2 companies for the same direct axis debt, i have already paid invertex over R7000 plus in R500 debit orders. When DMC called me a month - 2 ago negotiating a settlement amount, i throught this is the same company and i have since deposited R3000 as per the attached payment proof. I have now just picked up that i am paying 2 different debt collectors and have let both companies know about this, but neither one of them is considering refunding me as they both claim i should be paying them. I have told both companies that i will escalate this before making any new payments and since then i am being harassed by invertex calling me throughout the day demanding more money. I am hoping i can be asissted and a refund and wayforwad facilitated. * I have no issue paying what is due, but i cannot pay 2 companies for the same debt - is this even legal? Unauthorized debit order date
The people choose when they debit my account, a representative came to me and an arrangement was done- why debit o incorrect date? I want my money reversed and no stories. Debt collectors tend to assume that of your indebt then you don’t have any rights. The representative didn’t even tell me that they will be locking my debit order-dude I can close the account and then what- make an arrangement with the company i owe and then what?? When all this started they debitted me incorrectly and they have been doing so causing me to have reversal charges!!!
