InvestSolar Inverter trolley - supply incorrect units
I have ordered and purchased a 3kw Inverter trolley from Invest Solar, however was supplied with a 2,4 kw instead. Phoned Ernest who sold me the unit and he claims I am looking for trouble. Consumer protection act does not allow this. Please correct urgently. Ernest also changed the paperwork now to match a 2,4 kw, although the quote clearly stated 3 kw.

TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!
I communicated with them regarding a trolley inverter. I was told they would keep it aside and I have the conversation on what's app. My husband rocked up there and they were busy selling the unit to somebody else and the lady in the shop said yes she was communicating with me but they were selling it to him. She shrugged her shoulders, smiled and said sorry like it was a big joke that my husband wasted his petrol driving to fetch it. They obviously have alot if business and don't care about bad reviews as I see I'm not the only person to post terrible service from them

Poor Service
Never in my life have I seen such bad after sales service. Returned my inverter last year November due to faulty batteries and it was still under warranty. Paid extra due to those not being in stock. They don’t answer my calls and if they do they only give excuses like management is in meetings or they will load my inverter today on the truck. Still waiting!! According to a sales person at Polokwane only walk in customers or customers who drive to them get’s first priority. Yesterday I was told that I will be called back in 30 min I am still waiting. Paid almost R10000 and an additional R2500 for something I don’t have. Paid R1118 for courier in December when they said my inverter is there , courier company delivered a lithium battery. Not even a thank you for informing them!! I arranged for the battery to reach it’s correct client.

Please Dont InvestSolar!
If there was Zero star review I would have given it. The most unprofessional service ever will make sure to who ever I deal with knows about the bad experience I had with this company! They phone me 3 times to inform me about stock availability and the sells it to someone else!!!! Sales man doesn't even respond to messages anymore. Will never deal with InvestSolar Polokwane again!!!!

If there was Zero star review I would have given it. The most unprofessional service ever will make sure to who ever I deal with knows about the bad experience I had with this company! Invest Solar & Nengstar Scam
The product is on a 10yr warranty. We've been calling the company (Nengstar) repeatedly for years to come ensure its installed correctly and working correctly. No answer. It's winter, there's loadshedding - they claim there product is superior. But it's poor and pathetic. Wouldn't recommend them. The absolute worst post sales service. Scam alert.

Worst client service ever, I purchased a turnkey system over two weeks ago, nobody called to explain the cause of the delay, I always had to be the one calling them to ask what was causing the delay, the next they'll tell you the manager will call you to explain of which she never did after numerous attempt to get hold of her. I got excuses after excuses, promise after promise to deliver. I demanded my money back, clearly we were not getting anywhere. It was too exhausting.
