Theft / Money Stolen
Invicta Projects quoted on a building extension at our house. They wanted R116 000 paid in April for the supplies as Henry and Fanus said the supplies are going up in price. He also stated that some of the goods, i.e. cement bags and smaller items that could be stored at my house would be delivered. I insured my son was home in case the delivery took place. Nothing was ever delivered. He now tells me he can not deliver due to restricted space! I asked him for my money back. He is making numerous excuses as he has used my money and can not repay it back to me. Henry says the supplier will not refund him the money. My lawyer contacted him 22/6/15 and asked where is the supplier? Henry can not answer? This is Fraud. This is Theft. Disgusting.<br>
