Its a nightmare to deal with IP Comms support specialists. Something as simple as amending the wifi password, rebooting or checking what's the issue with connectivity if the router is buffering. Honestly this is one of the worst wifi service providers

This is the worst service provider to exist!!!! it been 3 years of endless issues! and due to them signing fishy contracts they were awarded exclusivity and are the only available ISP available in the complex i live, When moving and signing up they advised they are FULLY fibre only to find out a few month in that the lines are COPPER TO FIBRE spliced, after more than a year of charging Fibre rates they converted to full fibre, NONE of the CONNECTION ISSUES were resolved. The contact centre are ill trained or *********** they are never able to assist after answering the phone every few weeks. JUSTICE just does endless testing and they refers the query to the Syndeo or Vumatel and nothing comes of it, the CEO REUBEN makes empty promises and cant even return phone calls instead he never answers the same number again once he knows you are calling for the connection issues. When wanting to cancel the service their agent JANINE advises its a 2 month process.

I wish there was a negative 5 start rating cause this company is well deserving thereof !!! I've signed up with them and have had countless issues with them and still no fibre or installation had taken place ... This is after I've paid them. It's very unfortunate that my area where I reside is contracted out to them. I've requested them to rather pay back my money, but they just flat out ignore me. I think they flagged my number as well cause everytime I call it goes to voicemail. Whatsapp the same, but if I ask someone else to message them, they respond !!!! IDK...think this company must leave the "service provider" industry cause they lack the service provider part!

This is one of the baddest Service providers, if been with them since november 2022 on a 50/50 line, there is never a day that we dont buffer, i have addressed it with them since the begining and nithing has been done. They said free installation but R450 was added for the guy that came to plug in the router and all other service providers dont charge for that. Be carefull of these people, if you signed up the leave you for the wolfs, mailed them last week regarding this buffering again, no answer from them to date 01.05.2023.

I'm just trying to get people to save their time and money. I don't want assistance with any of your products. In fact, just write me off as a customer lost, trust me it won't go down well when I eventually hear from you. Stay away

IP comms is one of the worst service providers for fibre, I asked them to call me back about reinstallation a while ago and to this date they haven't called nor responded. Even on their contact number its merely impossible to get through to them

Awesome service! From helping me with the order forms to the installation, the people in this company was great. 3 days up and running and when I had a problem with my own device at home and they could not fix it over the phone a gentleman came out immediately and fix the problem. Definitely a company that I will recommend. Ronell Homan.
