My Apple series 3 watch screen was broken but the watch was working and this guy from Iphix came to our house to fix the watch amd when he arrived he said he came with the wrong screen and asked to leave with the watch. Then when he bring back the watch it’s no longer working and it’s not switching on. Told him about it he keep telling me that he will come and fix it. It’s been 2 weeks now and I asked him to refund me and now he is ignoring me.

03 Jul 2023, 08:48Hello Ndivho, we are iPhix Solutions and we have only one store in Cape Town, Western Cape, we do not have any representative in any other part of Africa and we sure do not go to clients locations for repairs. We actually do not do repairs. So you have 24hrs to retract this review about us and go deal with whomever you gave your device to.
