i brought my car there for a simple spare key my car's ignition was turned on and off more than 10 times, at some point left on for 10 minutes turned off again, at some point left on for more than 20 minutes. There was one time it was left on for about 52 minutes. I don't know the reason for this, I don't know whether the ignition only was on or the engine was running for this entire time. 2. This one hurt me deeply, I don't feel like myself and my property was given the respect I feel I deserve. For some reason the key cutting had to be done "outside the dealership" as a result my car was driven for a total of 19,5 kms by someone i do not know. This is done WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND CONSENT. I was made aware of this by my cartrack app that the car is now travelling no one called to inform me or ask for consent and it is in this period where the ignition was left on for more than 50 minutes. 3. Lastly, the car finally returned when I was already at the dealership around 16:30. The gentleman who drove my car from the service bay to the back, I don't know who he is but he revved the car so harshly. I have never heard my car make such a loud sound.

Dear Suzuki Bassonia, I just wanted to take a moment to send a very heartfelt thank you to everyone involved in the process of helping me purchase my new car. Getting a new vehicle is a big moment in anyone’s life, and for me, it was filled with a mixture of excitement, uncer*****y, and — at first — a bit of frustration. But thanks to your dedication and willingness to make things right, this story has a happy ending. While our journey together had its share of bumps in the road, I truly appreciate that the dealership took responsibility, acknowledged the initial issues, and did what needed to be done to fix them. Bought car in December. Send jason the sales person that assisted me a msg because i never recieved a new License Disc. Many month of being ignored i finally called the manager of the dealership. Then Jason could not ignore my msgs any more, found out the document where never sent to do change of ownership, had to send car through test and all of that. It is now almost a month later since talking to the Manager and still no license disc in my hand. Was promised a week ago i will have it in my hands, the week came and went still nothing and yet agian i am ignored. This was the third car i bought there and is defnitely the last car.

The sales person that assisted me, Cherise van den Berg, promised me a great deal on a Suzuki Celerio. However, when I tried to start the financing process, communication was very poor. Financing people would send me emails with a broken link, or send mails by accident. I would communicate with Cherise, and she would then send an email forgetting things that were said in previous conversations. Features were added to the deal that I did not ask for, and when I asked to revise the deal to the original deal, a completely nonsensical response would come back. I was asked what color I wanted, to which I said blue, then a couple days later they come back and talk about a red car all of the sudden. In summary, very poor customer service and communication.

Absolute disappointment from this dealership. I purchased a brand new Suzuki swift which was a gift for my son who turned 21. Agreement was that the dealership settle my existing Suzuki at book value. The sales manager assessed the vehicle and agreed on the settlement which was given to me in writing.We agreed that I will only collect the new vehicle on the 19th April. Much to my disappointment I got a call 2 Days before collection of new vehicle advising me that there is a shortfall of 8k on my existing vehicle, and this was because apparently I gave the person assessing the trade in the wrong model 2024 instead of 2023. I’m quite surprised cos 3 days to collection I called the dealership to check whether it was okay to hand in the existing vehicle on same day we collect the new one . The sales manager said “ oh sorry I forgot about your trade in and would treat it as a buy in”. Because of the commitments already made I was forced into paying this money. I called the dealer principal and I must say , the level of ignorance and arrogance was really overwhelming. Whilst talking he says “ I’ll check something and get back to you” . I had to call him back and he tells me the same thing we already talked about. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone if you want peace of mind . If you made a mistake admit it . If it was not for the predicament you put me in , I would have cancelled the contract and bought my vehicle elsewhere. Mr Lance , you and your dealership lack ethics. You won’t be getting any business from me or anyone I know. @ Brian , thanks for your excellent execution on the delivery and handover of the new car. Much appreciated.
