Keep up the good work
This is the 3rd job Christian and his team has done for our estate, and once again has done an amazing job as always, I would recommend them as Christian is always willing to do extra even if it's not on the quotation, keep up the good work

Extremely poor workmanship and costly consequences
My experience with IRP Pools Chris has been extremely disappointing. Due to leaks caused by poor workmanship, I was forced to drain my pool twice, which is unacceptable and wasteful. Despite raising these issues, they were not properly resolved. As a result, I now have no choice but to redo the pool with another company, which will cost me additional money to fix the mess left behind. What should have been a straightforward project has turned into a costly and frustrating ordeal. Communication was poor throughout, timelines were missed, and accountability was lacking or non-existing. Overall, this has been a very expensive lesson. I would not recommend IRP Pools to anyone looking for reliable or professional pool construction, finishing or repairs.

Outstanding Service from a Diligent and Honest Team We recently had our pool renovated by Chris from IPR Pools and couldn’t be happier with the results. From the start, Chris was diligent, well-prepared, and professional. His quote was reasonably priced compared to others we received, and there were no surprise costs along the way. Despite unexpected delays due to rain after the pool was drained, Chris kept in constant contact with us, always updating us on the weather and when work could resume. He was reliable, letting us know in advance if he was going to be late or if anything changed. The workmanship was excellent — our pool was completed with precision and care. It was truly a pleasure dealing with both Chris and his dad. They run an honest, down-to-earth family business, and we highly recommend them to anyone considering pool renovations.

Dear Mr Leon, we apologize for your inconvenience, but your pool was done successfully and we have all the pictures to prove it, the wind messed up your pool and we can not be held responsible for it, Secondly we warned you against the dark Grey color that its problematic and no warranty on it yet you went for it, we have all massages and pictures to prove the work was done right,

A lot of talk and promises but quality of work does not match. Excuses upon excuses when the plan does not work out and then a 5 year warranty that is not worth the paper it is written on.
