Poor Service - Communication
My experiece with a few people has been good and my experience with a few people have been, not because of the manner on how the calls get handled more about the miscommunication received. At this moment a supervisor is still i a meeting that's suppose to call me back. I cant be transfered to any other department as they the front line insist to assist. The service I never thought I'd received.
