After many years of supporting and using their products. I am now left in the lurch. 1. They are forcefully removing heets, forcing people to buy their new devices (and no it's not a choice) 2. They have a monopoly on heated tobacco there are no alternatives. 3. They have no support for anyone living over 100km from a city centre (they just ignore them) 4. There are no way to buy their devices online or in store if you live far from a city.

The last 2 weeks Iqos has been frustrating me so much, first I'm not near a Iqos Kiosk or Store, so when I'm in a area where one is, I visit them. 2 weeks ago I was in Durban and went to Iqos Gateway, the guy then told me about a specials that's about to start 2 days later, 2days later no the specials is postponed, so I'm back at home, 4days later the special comes through. Today we had to drive to CT for other business, so I want to get the special as I'm near a store and kiosks, store locator says somerset west has kiosk, opens at 9am, get there no kiosk to be found. Drive all the way to Canal walk, get there no they can't assist me because they have new system and it's not online, the lady not willing to try and make a plan. Phone V and A waterfront willing to drive there, yes they are online, get a call back no sorry we can't help you. Never in my life have I experienced this terrible service and not just one store or kiosk but ALL. Feel like stop supporting them at all

SECOND BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY, KEPT MY ORRIGINAL DEVICE AFTER THR 1ST MESS-UP. THIS STARTED PIERCING THE HEETS AT AN ANGLE, MAKING THEM USELESS. ABSOLUTELY NO HELP OR FEEDBACK FROM IQOS, GAVE THEM SERIAL NUMBER, BOX, MODEL, PICTURES AS PROOF BUT NO GO. AT FIRST THEIR CHAT BOTT SAID YES, THEN ON PRODUCING THE EVIDENCE THEY ASKED FOR .... OH NO!!!! THE CHAT BOT DIDN'T KEEP THE RECORDS FRO 2 DAYS AGO!?!?! WHAT *******!!! DON'Y BUY IT!!!

So I visited the iqos kiosk in Cavendish square two weeks ago and was not Very welcoming by the 2 lady's on duty that day I laid a complaint with the complaints department of iqos explaining what transpired I was then emailed back and forth with the department and was told we would come to a best resolution to resolve this matter, up until this day no resolution has been met,I'm beginning to think the whole department is in lax mode and do not care for its customers I have been an iqos user for many year's since day one,and i will be moving over to vuze as there whole department is set for customer service at its best iqos is definitely loosing the plot and the goal they hopeing to reach I strongly suggest to avoid iqos Cavendish square, and you will be wasting your Time evenz laying a complaint to the iqos department

I went to the Palms Spar, one pack costs R42.00, but buying a carton comes to R431.00. So i contacted the manufacturer as this is poorly representing iqos products. Chatted on line to a Darren. Well he just passed the buck to the Spar saying they can charge what they want. Wow! A+ for customer care. Do you really have no control over your products and how it's been sold by over charging customers even when you give them advertising materials to put in the shops. This was my last purchase. You have lost a loyal customer for over two years.

I got gifted 2 items from people not knowing it was the same items I then returned 1 of the item the one that was returned my old device was traded in to get the item at a specials price I’ve been trying to getting this issue resolved with IQOS for the past 2 weeks the item had been collected and my item that was returned to get the item at the price was discarded of now I’m wait for money that needs to be refunded, but I’m not being compensated for an item that I paid R600 for that got discarded of this is pathetic why is it that when you buy something from a store is all rosy but as soon as the item gets returned there’s just so much bull**** a person has to put up with they said they’d call me to discuss this matter after missing their call twice they never tried calling me again, I’m so unhappy that I’d not recommended anyone dealing with IQOS customer service of buying items from them

I was really happy with the blade (i think its called duos 3) unfortunately they upgraded the machine where it doesn't use the blade to heat the sticks , and they discontinued the Russets. So i am back on normal cigarettes. Pleasee bring back the old version:(
