Despite our previous experiences not meeting expectations, we decided to give it another try, hoping for improvement. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Upon arrival, we were made to wait outside even though there were several available tables inside. When we were finally seated, we noticed that the tables were dirty and had not been cleaned. It took multiple requests to our waiter, Thabo, to address this issue. Throughout our meal, we encountered several service failures: 1. **Dirty Tables**: Despite our initial request, the tables were not cleaned promptly. 2. **Lack of Utensils**: Thabo brought our food without any utensils, and we had to request forks and knives. 3. **Missing Condiments**: We repeatedly asked for tomato sauce and Tabasco. Thabo brought the tomato sauce but forgot the Tabasco. 4. **Delayed Billing**: When we requested the bill, Thabo forgot and we had to remind him three times before it was finally brought to us. Additionally, it was evident that other customers were also experiencing similar frustrations. A Caucasian lady nearby expressed her dissatisfaction with the service she received, which was provided by another waiter. This waiter was vocal about her frustrations in vernacular, stating she was tired and insisting that the manager handle the customer's demands. This level of service is extremely disappointing, especially considering this was our third attempt to enjoy a pleasant dining experience at your establishment. It is unfortunate, as our children love the place, but we are now compelled to seek alternatives due to the consistently poor service. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues promptly. Improving your service standards is crucial to retaining customers and maintaining a positive reputation.

What a disappointment. Went to enjoy a morning stroll with my daughter and grandson. We were dropped-off by vehicle near the shop and apparently missed a green signboard for cashless environment at the entrance to the village. We decided to buy ice-cream at the deli. Whilst standing in the queue to pay we nibbled on our ice-creams. When I presented my R100 the cashier informed us they do not accept cash. Later the rude manager joined in treating grandma and daughter like criminals trying to steal the ice-cream and stated that we can pay but there is no change(R100 for 2 ice-creams). She presented a invisible A4 see-through Signboard that we apparently missed somewhere in the huge shop. No clear sign boards at the cashiers or at the shopdoor. What was supposed to be an enjoyable experience, turned out to be a rude encounter with rude deli staff.

The waitresses at the Irene Farm restaurant prioritises whites over blacks. I went to have breakfast today. Arrived at the restaurant around 8 to 9. No waitress even bothered to serve me while all the white people who came after me were attended to. I went to get myself a buffet breakfast and after 2 hours of not being attended to not even offered a menu or drinks I went to the counter to pay my Bill. The sad part is at the counter i did communicate this to the "manager" who couldnt be bothered. Next time before going to that restaurant make sure that you are white otherwise you will waste money like i did this morning.

On Sunday we were racially profiled by a black security guard named prince. He kept harassing us and treated us with no respect. We reported this to management and nothing was done. We previously reported this to one security to point us to the management the security guard alluded to that this how Prince is and there has been numerous complaints about his behavior especially his behavior to black customers. In this country were we should have a share equal rights this was not done. I even confronted Prince as to why he treated our white counterparts differently he instead got aggressive and started swearing mind you in the presence of 3 toddlers. His agression was unnecessary and we expect Irene Farm to deal with this matter decisively

Disappointing. Buffet, no desert was available as waffle machine tripped electricity so no waffles were being made. I then asked for flap jacks, which was meant to be part of the buffet and was told they are too busy to make flap jacks as they are serving 136 buffet meals. When I asked what other desert was included in the buffet, the answer was none. For R160 I would expect a desert or a part refund.

I was interested in a rusk range that I can only find at the Irene farm deli, with potential of some other treats. I decided to go by on Friday 22 Feb round about 2pm on my motorbike to manage the Friday traffic a bit better. While nearing the deli entrance with ample parking space in front it, a car guard made his appearance out of the blue and rudely shouted with hand signals that I must park at the far parking. His attitude immediately annoyed me because I have not done, or said anything provocative. If there were reasons why he wanted me to park some-where else he should have just indicate as such in a decent manner, and be visible to proactively address it. Instead I merely turned around without entertaining him or any purchases. Because Irene-Farm is quite a detour from my home, I have decided that such attitude and gestures totally puts me off to make the effort and willingness to spent any time or money at your deli. In fact, if you allow your staff to act in such way I do not have an interest to support you at all.
