No delivery no feedback no honesty

Adriaan is a friend of mine and I've given him lots of business with steel balustrades and gates. It's with big regret that i have to post this complaint. On the last 3 jobs he was constantly late with delivery and phone calls. Never phoning back or informing me of when he will complete the project. It's been a nightmare. After he completed the projects more than a month late I even referred him to another clients site which he also dragged on late and put my name on the line. My father good hartedly contacted him for gates and balustrades at his house and its been almost two months and no work has been done. It saddens me that his business has gone this route and his service has become non existent.
