Terrible customer service or shall I say no service at all. You simply cannot contact this Vape supplier, they do not answer calls. And the Vapes are horrible, I purchased two disposable vapes. One Cool Mentol 1000 puff and one Cool menthol 600 puff. The 600 puff vape tastes like burn tyres, and nothing like cool menthol, even though both vapes have the same flavour description. Very very dissatisfied, please be warned before purchasing this product

Ignite gym changed to world of wellness in somerset west However all promotions have been canceled and I was not informend. My current contract is still in place ,yet i am being told that due to ownership there is nothing they can do about it . The staff at world of wellness are *********** in resolving or even assisting in finding a resolution for this. The gym has poor customer server and client etiquette. As my contract is still on going . I was told that world of well took over but does not have the contracts but they have my personal information. This is *********

I really wish to write this review and not even give you guys a single star. Vuma and Mweb are ****MERS. The service I received from Mweb is hideous. Paid you guys in feb. Was told i will be refunded in 14 days. April. I am still waiting. What do I need to do to get my R399 refund? If Mweb is treating you well ad their customer. I bet you are one of the fortunate ones since i am not so lucky with them. I am very sure the R399 wont even make a difference on your side since you have lots of people signed up under you. But to me it does make a difference because I am paying for the service I never even received. I have made countless calls to you guys. This is the latest ref received today Mwb30912465

Mweb has the worst customer service. You can never get a hold of them whether it's telephonically or via the live chat. You wait endlessly when you phone in and it takes a good few minutes to verify your acc thereafter waiting with no answer at all. Horrible service

I only used the router for like 1 months after that its switched off till today I have no network I tried to call the helpline I waited for like 30 minutes once I found the agent the phone switched off Meaning till today I don’t have connections without any help from the customer seevice
